Today is Vodici, an important orthodox holiday. It's the day Jesus Christ was baptized by John The Baptist in river Jordan. There's a tradition of throwing a cross in the river and whoever catches it, will be blessed. This is a recording of this event. The priests stand on a bridge, one of them throws the cross in the river and the people rush to try to retrieve it. The river bank's packed with people.
